  1. Pros

Costless fruit on Mondays, Bring Your Dog to Piece of work Day, the finest bathrooms, close proximity to OrangeTheory

    Cons

CTCA is the closest you'll get to Wonderland. Those with the poorest grammer, the least attention to detail, and non-existent people skills rising to direction. The smartest and nigh motivated individuals remain at the aforementioned level and eventually leave. The only affair that makes sense in this identify is that Hr always sides with management.

    Pros

At once the educational opportunity to accelerate in ane'due south career was a plus. Colleagues worked together equally a squad. At that place was opportunity to accelerate in one's career.

    Cons

Moral is downward with the recent layoffs. It appears that the older staff with experience has been replaced with younger inexperienced staff that piece of work short and under stressful work conditions and they do non know the departure. Upper direction will smiling to your face and back stab yous when your not looking. Upper management volition use other colleagues that are to be helping a new employee as a preceptor and secretly write notes or an improvement plan to accept the new employee adjust. How is that working for stress levels of the staff? Staff is silent and in fear daily of their own jobs so they will go on with anything and not even discuss options of improvement. Some physicians will throw the nurse under the omnibus to protect them self . It is pathetic to think that this visitor cares for the helpless whom have been stricken with an illness that is so devastating. The mother standard is not working here anymore. The company is not even in contest with the state of the fine art . Look around CTCA is a phoney for profit and uses innocent patients whom are stricken with cancer.

  4. Pros

CTCA used to be all almost the patient. They went above and beyond to brand the patient experience comfy and that they had a sayin their treatment. The culture was great!

    Cons

The culture has changed since the current CEO came on lath. With all the layoffs and changes it feels like everyone is on pins and needles.

  5. Pros

Passionate and empowered stakeholders, access to complementary and alternative medicine unique to CTCA team, first-class communication, all members of the squad approachable, offers a lot of services under 1 roof making it easier to coordinate care in all facets, harbors professional growth

    Cons

Increased demands in the setting of a crumbling infrastructure. Not a place to be in the long term. Loftier level of stress and feet. Cooporate demands that did not accept into account time taken to coordinate patient care and document in the medical record. Accent shifted to quantity of patients seen instead of the quality of consultation. Non sustainable. Not supportive of proper work/life residual.

    Pros

It used to be a very special identify that put the patients kickoff with the female parent standard of care. No more than. You lot practice go a ton of good experience, mentoring, and classes there. I know many very capable people who accept left there either by layoff or resigning who are now directors at other places, using the skills they learned at CTCA.

    Cons

It'due south similar the autumn of Rome in in that location now. Hundreds if not thousands have been laid off nationwide, and there now tends to exist some other round of layoffs every 3-6 months. Those not being laid off are leaving. Your beingness at a company depends in large office who you report to. There are only style too many managers there at present who should not exist managers and run the place with politics and games, instead of promotions based on merit. They likewise have been completely unable to get contracts anymore with many insurance carriers, which has a lot to do with why they're doing so poorly. Now employees are not valued, if you make too much money, yous're either gone, or you'll practise the work of at to the lowest degree two-3 people.

    Pros

I loved working for this company. They become higher up and across to help their patients. They offer so much more than just healthcare. In providing so many extras for their patients they also go above and beyond for their stakeholders. Working at CTCA filled me with then much joy. coming together people from all over the land and learning new experiences form them was amazing.

    Cons

None at the moment in time

  9. Sometime Employee, more five years

    Pros

Patient centric, beautiful hospitals, good Mission, Vision, Values

    Cons

CTCA is no longer what information technology used to be. I was lucky plenty to join at the end of it'south hay mean solar day where I was able to meet the culture in which CTCA attracted it's stakeholders. Steve Bonner former CEO was an astonishing human. After his reign CTCA brought in one clown after some other. The nearly recent (Raj) being a business man with no sense of what it is to be a leader. Layoffs take left stakeholders living in an uncertainly that creates more stress which in turn creates a loss for the companies Mission, Vision, Values. Richard Stephenson and family have only go greedy and take forgotten what got the company to where information technology was. I am truly saddened by what could take been with this company and for what it has go. I wish electric current stakeholders all the luck in the world and advise yous to proceed your eyes and ears open. In my opinion the route ahead is just going to become rockier. It wouldn't surprise me if Richard Stephenson hired the current CEO to work towards a greater goal that in no style benefits the electric current stakeholders. A primal indicator would be the reaction of his own children and their current involvement.
